Our Professional staff is on duty to take your golf reservations, assist in your selection of quality merchandise, answer questions regarding golf events and many other services.

Range balls are available in the golf shop. After the shop closes range balls can be obtained from Clubservice personal.

Holidays: 7 a.m. - dark.

Club Storage:

Hillcrest has a full service club storage program. This program allows our membership to store sets of clubs, manual and battery powered walking carts, plus travel covers, all in our secure club rack room. Members clubs receive name labels and bag tags. Clubs are cleaned following each round played. When a members name appears on the daily tee sheet, those members club are pull from their rack and readied for use.
An annual, and periodic check of equipment is completed to inform the owner of needed repair or replacement. Members are responsible for all valuables other than golf equipment left with their bag.

Golf Cart Regulations:

Only persons with a valid drivers license may operate a golf cart. All players using a golf cart must register the number of riders with the golf shop before their round. Two sets of clubs per cart is the maximum number per round unless a third bag attachment is requested. Golf carts are not required to play in golf events and must be reserved with the golf shop when signing up for the event.

Guests:

All Members shall register their guests in the golf shop before each round.

Any guest of Hillcrest Country Club shall play a round of golf no more than six (6) times throughout the calendar year. The golf committee reserves the right to limit the play of any non-member who is abusing the guest policy.

Social Membership Golf:

All Social Members of Hillcrest Country Club are entitled to three (3) complimentary rounds of golf, nine or eighteen (9, 18) throughout the calendar year.

Dress Code:

The Board of Directors reminds all members and their families that Hillcrest Country Club has a Dress Code Policy for the Clubhouse and Golf Course. The policy is as follows:

1. All males must wear shirts with sleeves. Shirts without collars must be of suitable country club style.
2. Males and females may wear shorts, as long as they are mid-thigh length.
3. Jeans are not acceptable attire from May 1 through October 1.
   Razor cuts or torn jeans are NEVER appropriate.
4. Unacceptable dress includes tank tops, halter-tops, tube tops, cutoff shorts, jogger shorts, gym shorts, and swim trunks.
5. Oversized and sloppy attire is not appropriate for a country club atmosphere.
6. Everyone must wear shoes. Shoes with pronounced heels and cleated soles are prohibited on the course.
7. The Main Dining Room Policy is as follows:
   On Saturday evenings gentlemen 16 years of age and older are required to wear a coat (sport coat or suit coat) OR a dress shirt and tie. Females in this same age group are required to wear ìlike-kindî appropriate attire.

The remainder of the week appropriate up-scale casual attire is still required. Shorts, jeans, t-shirts, and other VERY casual clothing will not be permitted.

Please note that all Nebraska Home Football Game days that casual clothing is allowed.

The Board of Directors has asked the Management and Staff to enforce the Dress Policy. Your cooperation with informing your family and guests of this policy is greatly appreciated.
